PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION TERMS

The personal data of all Users who use the Platform is protected by us. Below are the rules regarding the collection, use, sharing, and processing of Users’ personal data by the Platform.

By accessing the Platform and accepting the Terms, Users also consent to the collection, use, sharing, and processing of their personal data.

BİSHİR collects the following information:

  1. 1. Username, password, email address and/or phone number; all information provided in your user account, including all content shared on the Platform. Information confirming that you are over 18 years old and have full legal capacity, as well as your IP address.
  2. 2. User Content (hereinafter referred to as “User Content”): photographs, audio files, hashtags, comments, feedback, live streams, and related metadata.
  3. 3. All messages and metadata sent, received, or created via the Platform’s messaging feature. This includes all messages sent to you, sent by you, or involving you. All messages sent within the Platform are stored by us; however, we do not control how other Users may use such messages.
  4. 4. Service usage history and payment-related data, such as purchases of Bcorn and other virtual items, card details (excluding card numbers), payment and delivery details, contact information, and purchased products. Card numbers and other sensitive data are not collected. All payments are processed through third-party payment providers, and their terms apply.
  5. 5. If you grant the Platform access to your phone contacts, names, phone numbers, email addresses, and matching user information will be collected for identification and matching purposes. If your contacts are registered on the Platform, you will be notified.
  6. 6. To access certain features of the Platform (such as live streaming, verified accounts, or business accounts), you may be required to submit identity verification documents. All submitted information is collected and stored by us.
  7. 7. Information provided when participating in surveys, research, promotions, contests, and other campaigns.
  8. 8. Automatically collected data during Platform use, including your activities on the Platform, viewed content, interactions with recommended content, advertisements viewed, videos watched, issues encountered, search and viewing history, liked and saved content, and interactions with users you follow or who follow you.
  9. 9. Collection of videos, images, and audio included in your User Content for personalization, demographic classification, advertising, content recommendations, and other non-identifying purposes.
  10. 10. Use of cookies and similar technologies to measure and analyze Platform usage. You may disable cookies; however, disabling cookies may limit access to certain Platform functionalities.
  11. 11. If Users register via Facebook, Apple, Google, or other third-party applications, the name, publicly available information, and related data from those applications are collected.

BİSHİR uses collected personal data for the following purposes:

  1. 1. Providing products and services, ensuring Platform functionality, providing technical support, and conducting research for Platform development.
  2. 2. Managing Bcorn-to-Virtual Product transactions and payment services, including sharing data with payment service providers.
  3. 3. Sharing marketing content about Platform products, features, and programs.
  4. 4. Analyzing user feedback and improving the Platform.
  5. 5. Measuring advertising and content effectiveness and delivering targeted advertisements on the Platform and third-party applications.
  6. 6. Providing content creators and businesses with performance and audience behavior data related to advertised products.
  7. 7. Enabling access to other Platform features.
  8. 8. Analyzing the use of devices accessing the Platform.
  9. 9. Personalizing the user experience and recommending content based on user interests.
  10. 10. Monitoring user compliance with these Terms.
  11. 11. Delivering location-based advertisements where location data is shared with user consent.
  12. 12. Improving the Platform’s algorithms and machine learning models using collected data.

BİSHİR may share collected data with third parties in the following cases:

  • 1. Where required by law, with law enforcement authorities, government bodies, and authorized institutions.
  • 2. For advertising and marketing purposes, with advertisers, advertising networks, publishers, and partners, including data on ad views, clicks, interactions, and performance.
  • 3. In connection with BİSHİR’s business transactions, such as mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, or company sales, for verification purposes.

Note: The Platform does not collect data to track Users’ activities on the Platform or on other applications or websites for targeted advertising purposes. If such functionality is introduced in the future, prior user consent will be obtained and Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT) rules will be fully complied with.
