Account and Data Deletion

A user can request the permanent deletion of their account at any time. To delete an account, the user can navigate to Profile → Settings → Delete Account in the app and delete their account by providing a reason, or send a written request to support@bishir.app.

After account deletion is confirmed

1. All of the user's personal data, profile information, and posts are deleted or anonymized;
2. Accumulated biamonds and bcorns are not refunded;
3. The remaining account and data may be retained for 30 (thirty) days in accordance with security requirements, completion of payment transactions, and legislative requirements. After this period, all data is irreversibly deleted or anonymized;
4. Account deletion cannot be reversed.

Data Download

The "download data" feature is not available in the app and it is not possible to provide data after the account is deleted. The user bears full responsibility for manually saving all content they have shared (photos, videos, etc.) before deleting their account. Recovery of content after account deletion is not possible.
